With the company not local to Goldsboro it felt disconnected at closing. We were sending paperwork AFTER closing even after I contacted the day before to make sure we were set. We resent items over and over again. I prefer working with ONE agent. We had two and it confused me at first.
Our mortgage team was great. They answered any and all questions we had, always kept us in the loop with the next steps for our loan, and were always very friendly.
The process was easier than I expected it to be.
This was my forth home purchase, and by far the best experience I've ever had in dealing with the stresses that are inherently involved with the purchasing of a home.
