I love their professionalism, simply outstanding. From helping getting our credit score up, to coming to closing with the lowest cash as possible.
Veterans United is too picky. They ask for craziest things such as a letter saying that your closest living relative won't be living with you. Not to mention they wait til the last minute to say anything. I had to reschedule my closing date not once but twice. The first time they waited til the last minute because there was damage that was the HOA's responsibility to fix. The second time the inspection form was going to expire by ONE business day and they wait til the day before Thanksgiving to say mention anything about knowing full well that getting an inspector to look at the home around that time would be near impossible.
Wow wow wow! Everything went soooooo smoothly. This is our first time buying a house and we’ve dreaded the process. Brent, Lizzie, and Helen were very helpful and will always be there for you. Thank you guys.
