I never rate a "10", because I believe that every person, and corporation can get better. I am very thankful that Danny Kliethermes and Denise Stroud were taking care of me. Danny had my back on the day of closing to keep me from paying $2200.

Everyone at Veterans United was very helpful and knowledgable in there job a great pleasure to work with.

I already have recommend Brooks to other sailors...

Thorough information for pre-qualifying/pre-approval.Some out dated IRS Forms.

My loan officer and coordinator were an excellent team and related to my needs in the highest professional manner. I will highly recommend contact with this team directly by name with anyone seeking the processing and closure of a VA Loan.

All phases from start to finish were handled so professionally. Working with everyone was great. I not only got the home I wanted but have also obtained new friends. I thank you .P.S. I had so much fun, I want to do this all over again.

Professional, attentive and available. An awesome team.

As a 1st time buyer they made it so simple. I can't believe I waited so long to buy :)

I contacted Veterans United because of the blog. It was a great resource for me when I was doing research on VA home loans.

Everyone I worked with was very assertive and made me feel confident in their abilities.

Swift and fast

They did what they had to make it as easy on me as possible.

Taylor was awesome. I won't ever not use VU in the future

very quick and easy loan

They made the process so quick and easy! Derek and his team are real professionals. Nothing but high praises for them. Thank you for making my dream come true.

Service was above expectations.

VU has its own guidelines and criteria for approval but they are the best lender out there so far compared to big institutions like BoA of Wells Fargo. If they had conventional loan, it would be great so I can introduce them to my family and friends

Allot of at last minute paperwork and it was delayed at leaf minute and it affected my leave days I had planned to move but I understand it was the appraisal
