Had to switch consultants halfway through and VU made it painless
If able, I would ask that you make more of the required documents available to be signed digitally. I was TDY a good portion of the time and did not have easy access to a scanner for scanning in documents that I had to sign. Some sort of e-signing would make things easier. Still overall I had great experience with Veterans United.
Dave Michaud is an outstanding individual that took care of my refinance. He kept me informed with the process and made it extremely easy! Give the man a raise!
