EVERY PERSON THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I KEPT GETTING LOCKED OUT OF THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS A LITTLE ANNOYING, BUT THE HELP DESK PATIENTLY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM EACH TIME NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT WAS. UPLOADING MY DOCUMENTS INTO THE SYSTEM WAS A GREAT WAY TO GET THE JOB DONE. IT WAS SO MUCH QUICKER AND EASIER FOR ME. KAYLA DURNIL WAS ALSO GREAT TO WORK WITH AND HELPFUL OBTAINING INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM OUR INSURANCE AGENT, ETC. WHEN WE HIT A SNAG AT THE END OF THE PROCESS DUE TO VA'S STRICT GUIDELINES THEY DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE HOA TO GET WHAT WAS NEEDED SO OUR LOAN CLOSING WOULD NOT BE DELAYED.
