The personal communications/checklists coincide perfectly with the digital communications/checklists. Most companies (at best) rely heavily on one or the other. Veterans United has an amazingly coherent, professional, and personal system that should be praised among the financial community.

Overall, the Veterans United loan process was smooth and functional. The only issue that I experienced along the way was somebody sending a salary confirmation fax to a general fax machine in my office that listed my actual salary on the fax cover page. I am unsure if anyone other than the intended recipient saw the fax, but having confidential information on a cover page is just very unprofessional.
