I was thrilled with my experience until the last 2 weeks. When others had to fill in for our loan specialist, it felt like the ball got dropped. There needs to be more of a seamless transition within the organization.
Joe was very helpful on pointing me the right direction on getting started on a VA Loan. Where as I tried and apparently I was talking to the wrong people for two years.
Very knowledgeable and helpful in the long and complicated mortgage process. The entire team was excellent.
