Shannon was excellent but Emilee was terrible she was having us make copies of papers she already had she was rude to the fact we had never bought a house before. other then that it was good. Ms emilee needs more communication skills. And we were unable to get some of the papers to sign on line also the system kept sending us the wrong information in our email
