This was an absolute horrible experience. Kaleb and his team were inadequate, to say the least. If I wanted to do their job, I would have gone into this business. I did not appreciate having to do THEIR work for them. The CD was not discussed with us, so image our overwhelming surprise to find that we had to come up with over $10,000 in closing costs! Common curtesy would be to call and make sure we knew what was being read, especially because we are in a different state and cannot meet in person.
