Overall the experience was just ok. Steve Humble was great but after the initial point dealing with him wasn't so great. We would send paperwork then it seemed like a week later you needed the same paperwork again. Need more characters longer comment

There needs to be a shorter time to close on a home. I waited 3 months after I signed the contract with the seller to close. There were many delays requesting additional documentation that added to my stress and frustration. Improve the wait time.
