The ease of submitting documents was absolutely amazing!! I would recommend VU for this feature. Overall it was a simple process. Communication was our pitfall as we were not able to make our original closing date and we were led to believe all was on schedule. I say prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Instead we were prepared for the best and left disappointed in the end. I would have like the communication to come to me vs. me having to inquire.
