This home buying experience was pretty painless. Ute was great and getting status updates via email was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend VU!
The only drawback was I kept getting notices that they hadn't received the insurance binder when I know they did because I called them. They said someone forgot take it off of the computer. Buying a house is very stressful and that just adds to the stress.
Make sure you are all consistent when asking your client for documents, a client should not be relayed one request from one person and a different document from another.
You were all GREAT!!! I thought this experience was going to be a long drawn out process, but it wasn't. When I needed help you guys were right there! My customer experience was not a ten it was a 100.Thank you all again for your efficiency and patience.As always remember to enjoy your days!!
