They we very professional and handled everything like I was their most important customer. Very pleased with the whole process.
The process was a horrible experience. Although our loan team was nice it felt like a puzzle. They did not put a packet together to ask for everything up front it was asked for in pieces. Our closing was delayed by a week due to underwriting and loan officer asking for items 3 days b4 closing. At one point we were ready to throw in the towel because the process became so over whelming. Towards the end of process we were not even exciting . We came to a point where we were just waiting to see what other documents underwriting would ask for and how much longer closing would take.
