The ask for some of the documentation comes really late and stress could be avoided by requesting it all ahead of time and say these are all the things you could be asked to provide and just provide them anyway.
Gerrit, and his team worked exceptionally well they always answered all questions and provided as much information as possible for us to get a better understanding of the whole purchasing process I would recommend him and his team to all my veteran friends, because I know they would be in good hands.
