The process was step by step but I was asking my realitor questions more then asking loan officer only because they didn't pick up or return calls, unless you called basically complaining stating you've called and trying to get ahold of a rep.

Communication was poor. Requests for return phone calls were ignored. Assistant knew for 2 weeks that there was a problem with the appraisal..but failed to communicate via phone call with the appraiser the needed correction. Delayed closing 4 days.
