I got to work with Daren for one year and three months, that's how long it took us to find the perfect home. I can say Daren was extremely patient and friendly during the search! I would score a perfect ten but once we found the home and began the process to finalize the loan, there was some hold ups in the underwriting and some mistakes or things overlooked that could have had prevented us from delaying closing a day. Daren and Ryan were also very good with communicating with me and returning my calls in a timely manner, but my realtor did inform me that one of them told her "she needed to relax" when she was inquiring about my loan. I found that to be unprofessional when she was only trying to do her job for me. Other than that, Daren completely impressed be and made me feel very comfortable during such a stressful time. We asked to close in 30 days and with the delay, we closed in 31 days. I WOULD recommend them to anyone I know.
