I searched long and hard for a good lender. Several times I nearly contacted a couple of online companies only to stop at the last second. I had an appointment set up with a bank when I submitted my into to Veterans United Home Loans. Less than 5 minutes passed after I hit submit when my phone rang. It was Adam from Veterans United. The quick response impressed me. We talked at length and when I said I was still shopping around he never pressured me but gave me advice on what to look for and to be aware of when shopping around. The next day I contacted the bank and canceled my appointment and called Adam back saying let's get this underway. From the first contact through to the completion of the "mission", my Veterans United team stayed in contact with me by phone, email and the MyVeteransUnited portal. I was very pleased with how much could be accomplished online. Not once did I ever feel "in the dark" or feel like something wasn't quite right. It has been an outstanding experience and when I relocate I will certainly stay with my team at Veterans United Home Loans.
John's team was very professional, friendly, and quick to answers questions.
Lisa Griffin was on top of everything throughout the process, Harris Giger was very helpful as well but we only spoke a few times which I believe is a good thing.
