I felt taken care of like Jeannette was going to tell me the best way to get thru this process. Her staff did a great when Jeannette went on vacation. They never missed a step.
The confusion, unorganized chaos made it a miserable experience. The loan processor was inadequate in preparing my loan for underwriting. The loan fell through the day before closing because after a month they didn't realize I was a contractor. That should have been seen first week.
