James Walrod was excellent in our area. The realtor and closing attorney's were raving about him. His assistant Ashley Royea and he stuck with us through a teadious short sale process. It was a great experience and would will probably come back.

Communication and time line could be better
I would recommend that all requires documents are stated at once. The process was long and frustrating because this was not done.
We were in the middle of trying to get a loan with someo e else and were getting no where fast..decided to change it up and go with VUHL amd they were about to get it done with in a week
