It was difficult to communicate with some of the forms, since my husband and I are technologically challenged.
Very informative throughout the entire process. Either a quick call to Tim, or using the videos my wife and I were able to feel comfortable that we were making the right decisions throughout the home buying process.
I loved working with clint Hamilton, he put me with lance kind and and we were a team. I love them.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
For starters, a rating of 10 is not high enough! It was an extraordinary experience! I highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans because they are an elite team of professionals.
Our neighbor referred is to Veterans United Home Loans. Our neighbors were adamant we do business with VUHL and now we can understand. The whole process was worry free and we gained fabulous friends.
They were fast!
Great group of professionals to work with. Stayed in constant contact throughout the process and walked me through each and every step on the sometimes confusing road to a successful home purchase. Big thank you to Michael and Lindsey.
My agent made him self scarcely available by phone and would not respond to any of my calls the last week before closing. The only way to get any feedback was via text message. The desires that I spoke to him about at the beginning of this process where disregarded. As an individual that has a great deal of contact with the military and retired military, I would never suggest this company for them to use.
They are very thorough on the front end, which can seem tedious, but the reward on the back end of the approval process makes it well worth it.
The main reason why my husband and I decided to utilize veterans united was because he served in the military for 9 years and we thought that after serving the country he would have some benefits which he didn't, neither did I. From the initial call there was extreme lack of communication as we were told that even if he did not qualify for a VA loan, I would as a spouse, then we found out after sending all of my paper work that I did not qualify as I did not serve in the military. To make things worse a pre- approval letter was sent to me for an FHA loan with out verifying if I even qualified. When the mistake was realized I had already placed an offer on a house. After lots of headaches and disappointment, it was fixed however my husband and myself felt like the treatment that we were receiving after we pointed out the mistake was very hostile through out the entire process, even our realtor felt the same way. things were not being communicated until last minute, mistakes were being made and blamed on others and no one took responsibility for anything. And we felt like each time there was excuses made, it pretty much seemed like no one wanted for us to be able to get approved other than my husband, myself and my realtor. It wasn't until my realtor stepped in via email that things started to move smoothly. It was just a very disappointing experience overall.
One thing I would have appreciated is to have been told my interest rate was a result of me buying it down. I didn't find out until I received the initial closing costs estimate. Additionally, the rate lock and related fees were not discussed, nor was I notified about the costs of the extensions.
