In the beginning the person I spoke to was very friendly as well as professional, but I did feel a difference at one point when I felt a little antagonism. I feel they were basically very nice and I would recommend this company to my family members because they seem to.care about your actually needs..

Everytime i thought I completed something requested by VU i was given another task and told that it was part of the last step. I was never informed fully. Just given small pieces of a larger puzzle. It was very frustrating. For example i wanted to add my wife to the loan. So i was told if she has a full time job then it wouldn’t be a problem. She was put up as full time. So i called back and said she is full time and i sent an employer verification letter. I was then told well there is a contingency of 90 days so it doesn’t count. Well evey job in the United states has a 90 day contingency. So why that wasnt stated up front. I dont know but i wasted a lot of time. That was only one example. The whole process was a hassle for me.
Every step was explained and the portal made it easy to work the documents needed for the loan.
