Our loan officer's were awesome! We had a very unique situation and they were there every step of the way to make sure that our loan was approved. We couldn't have done it without there professionalism and hard work!

My first loan specialist left VU and gave my file to another loan specialist who didn't have it very long before giving it to Nicole and Jody. I can't say enough good things about them. Nicole always answered my calls and was very up to date on my file. Jody was always very helpful when I called him with questions. After all the problems I had, Nicole and Jody went out of their way to be sure I got the house I wanted.

When we were handed off to Chrissy Fitzgerald she dropped the ball several times causing us just an hour before closing to still not have the numbers so we would not know what to bring in money to closing.

Andrew and Zach and Sean, you are the best. The rest of your company.. I couldn't in my right mind recommend VU to someone I know, the process has been just egregious. I feel like we've been treated like illegal aliens, trying to prove who we are and what we do right down to the very last bloody minute, for six or seven weeks straight. So bad that I literally don't care we are buying a house at this point, if I could've pulled out legally in the last week I probably would've.Jumping through hoop after hoop, hey we need this, hey we need this again, hey we need this right now. Badgering our employers over and over and over. But when it came time for VU to have their sh*t together, guess what? Radically whiffed on the Initial Disclosure, charging me more on the Closing Costs and the monthly payments than we had been notified of. Not even kind close. I'm one hundred times more organized and together than VU. Harrass me for two months about things trying to prove my wife and I have our lives together, when your underwriters have nothing together. Ironic, no? Hypocritical, no?I will happily complete the survey, I assure you, when I am over being upset and can put my thoughts together clearly.ForrestPS And again, if it wasn't for Andrew and Sean, my head would've exploded long ago.
