Our loan was very complicated do to the fact that the house was sold as is and there was very little cooperation on the seller side. All I can say is that this company doesn't quit. They really go the distance! We are homeowners again thanks to VU!

Had some minor communication issues at beginning. Being first time home buyer and having to track down lost information while someone is on vacation made it a little questionable at first, but all turned out ok.
The only dark spot in the entire process was the "MIA" appraiser Rusty Williams
