Many documents were lost and mixed up by the mortgage company causing me do perform extra work in explaining these errors and causing my closing to be moved. Also no one at the mortgage company even told me when my closing was, I found out from the home owners insurance company. I was not told what my closing costs were until about an hour prior to the closing.
The process was very smooth and quick.

From the beginning, they had lots of articles and information that answered all of my questions and concerns about VA loans in general. I have lots of student loans and was worried about my debt-to-income ration to qualify. They had articles explaining it and the process and realized I had a lot of residual income so there was a chance to qualify. If that article hadn't been there, I would not have even bothered applying. Sure enough, we qualified and just closed on our dream house!
