Process was efficient and the end was stressful. Every situation arising resulted in someone contacting me with details. However, a week before closing the title company reported my personal tax numbers incorrectly resulting in a stressful problem.

The only thing that was a little off for me was that I was waiting to buy a car to help with the underwriting process, however it turned out they kept the past car info on my account. So I could have bought a car in the beginning.
