My overall experience was fine. The staff was excellent and always accommodating. The only complaint I have was that my paperwork was not prepared properly. I ended up needing more documentation on the day of closing. In my mind if I am at closing and have had the clear to close my paperwork sbould be complete. This was not the case, although the staff did everything they could to help me through the process. I am in my new home and am satisfied despite some issues.
At times the amount of paperwork is overwhelming. If the process could be streamlined it would help. The duplication is never ending.

Veterans united staff was absolutely awesome. Brain answer every one of my questions I had. He wasn't pushy about me finding any house. He really understand what I wanted and needed. Brain, zack and Jeremy were great to work with. Hopefully I may work with them again someday.
