I feel like I was lucky to come across you guys. I was on the internet looking and different people offering va loans. Some of them felt like scams. But when I came across you guys I was so happy. Starting out with Chris he helped me to get my credit score to where it needs to and now I'm on top of my score. After I was able to move on to Jeff he made me cry a little. Because I had stuff I need to tackle and get ride of but he assured me its ok we will work threw it. And we did I love you guys and really appreciate all the help. Thank you for careing. Even though it me trying to get the loan I felt like they wanted it more and for that I say Thank you from my family to yours.

I have refinanced my homes is the past a number of times and they seemed to be a much less complicated than this time. All I wanted to do was refinance my current home without any cash out to a VA loan to lower my payment because of the PMI that I was paying with the original FHA loan that I bought the home with. I was quoted 3.75% and a closing in 30 days but the result was 4.0% in 80 days. At one point Tim stopped answering my email and I thought that Veterans United had lost interest in the loan so I contacted Joe about this issue. Joe told me that I hadn't completed the loan initial loan document so the loan couldn't proceed. Fact is that I had completed all the documents that Tim had asked for and provided others that he didn't ask for that I thought would move things along. At one point I was asked to sign a road maintenance agreement for the shared private road from the end of the county road to my drive. I didn't want to sign that so I contacted Stewart Title and they had this document from the original sale and I forwarded it to Tim. Didn't Chicago Title find this and if so, why didn't Tim get it from them. All in all, the loan did finally get funded and Tim and Joe are polite, respectful and nonthreatening when I did speak with them but you folks have some real communication issues that need to be resolved and that is the reason that I would not recommend your product to friends or family at this time.
