I do appreciate the fact that VU has contracted with ADT and other services but they kept calling me before the decision was completed by the underwriter. I didn't want to discuss any future activities until the underwriter was complete. I have never been turned down for a mortgage but I just didn't want to discuss a security system on a home I may not move into.
