Overall the process went smoothly however one new staff member was lacking in her communication with us and on top of the paperwork which delayed our closing.When told something was sent or communicated to her she got offensive instead of owning up to her mishaps. At the end of the process we were told that she was new instead of telling us. It would of been more helpful if she had been up front instead of telling us things that were not always accurate.
They did a great job made it extermly simple for a first time home buyer...highly reccomend
