The process of providing documentation was drawn out too long. Had we been provided the complete list of requirements, the process would have been shortened.

Last minute requests from our loan officer led to us missing our initial scheduled closing date. If I did another VA loan in the future, it would not be with Veterans United.
From the prequalification through underwriting the process was very smooth and non duplicative. All three members of my Veterans United team were courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful. There was one area of stress that threatened the closing time, however it was not the fault of Veteran's United, but rather a third party. My VU loan specialist Scott Ratliff worked diligently to ensure closing occurred on time. Thank you Lauren Clarfelt for getting the whole process started at preapproval, Alyssa Soendker who made sure all the docs I needed were on file, and Scott Ratliff for closing the deal! My first home purchase couldn't have gone better, and I had a great team to make it happen.
