Between my VU team and Jim and Kim Felix. I am very impressed and grateful for the smooth transition of our home purchase. I will definitely be using VU again in the future
Give both Ryan Bray, and Chad Bowman a raise!
Keep helping to make dreams come true
The request for supporting documentation was very frustrating, but Chad and Ryan both worked very hard to make the process as painless as possible. In the end the result was positive, so it was worth the effort.
There didn't seem to have any sympathy for us. Didn't offer to help with resolving the problem. Didn't offer to help us out for staying a week in a hotel. Plus we had to figure out how to deal with our belongings. Again offered no solution nor said how can we help you. Realtor even offered to store stuff in his garage.
Matt Landis should be recommended for Loan Officer of the year. I am sure that I am not the only one who feels this way. If there is no award like that then he deserves a raise or a vacation on VU paid in full for one week, really two but I understand that might be pushing it. He definitely deserves a bonus. Great job Matt.
I never properly thanked Codi and Steve for all they did to assist me in my first loan process. They both answered every call I made to them and answered my many questions as many times as I asked them..in different ways. They were patient, professional and encouraging. That was my first time making a purchase like that..building a house? Me? By myself? Yes I did and they were there every step of the way. The midpoint and welcome gifts, the emails to keep me on track of what to do and when, no one could have asked for a better team of people to be involved in such an important endeavor. Least, I forget Mr. James Hilt, he also was there numerous time if Codi was out of the office, He was just as patient and professional. I can never express my gratitude and heartfelt appreciation. I have been separated from the service for a long time, I feel the amount of service I gave to this country was not enough in return for the benefits afforded me through Veteran's United. I am forever grateful to God for the seasons you all had in my life. I love my new home, it's beautiful, new and full of gratitude. It stands out on my street corner!!
Thank You and God Bless America!

I do not know if this is helpful or not, but the communication between our realtor Andra Shortt and Renee Young and her team, was spot on. Neither my wife or myself were ever left wondering where we were with loan process. I do not know if this common across Veteran's United, however if it is not highly encouraged it should be.
If it wasn't for my realtor, the process would have fallen apart. It didn't seem that the team at Veterans was very experienced in the overall closing process and careless mistakes were made. My recommendation for Veterans United is for the actual loan itself and not the overall process or experience.
I can't leave mason Maddox out either,he worked hard for me like Jeff and I can't say enough about them! They are truly good at their craft and make customers feel appreciated.
Also, Jamie was professional and helpful. It was an honor to work with her.
Ted boyce our real estate agent was phenomenal. He went above and beyond.
We would highly recommend VU and their staff of professionals. Kody and Aaron were simply fantastic. Both are highly professional and yet down to earth. They explained the process to us in easy to understand terms and always answered all our questions. Thank you both very much....
Protocol for coordinating with underwriter and VUHL loan processors should be reviewed. Communication between underwriter and VUHL should be looked at.
very pleasant and caring staff; far more so than in other refi's we've done in the past. Thank you.
