It was a great learning experience but got tumultuous towards the end of the process but we got it done and I am very pleased.

Terry Roberts was the first contact I had with Veterans United Home Loans. I was most impressed with how well he helped me. He was able to tell me during the first conversation whether or not we could be considered. He continued to give us superb service, including answering questions on the weekend. my experience with Stefanie was great, she helped us out all the way through. The only issue I had was with the underwriters. We were guaranteed 45 days to close and on the 45th day the underwriters required more paper work which prolonged our closing. We had to submit another extension because of this. I was very displeased because they should've told us their requirements ahead of time so we could close on the 45th day.
All though I am pleased, with the speed that my loan with threw. I feel there was too many people involved. I am not satisfied with the responses to my phone calls. I should not have to communicate w/ anyone.
Despite my flip-flopping, Jake was not only professional in securing a loan for me but was very patient. Once the loan was initiated, Jake continue to keep me informed with the underwriters until the actual approval was made. He is an asset to your company and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
