Adam Crutchfield and Mark Sexton were amazingly valuable to the closing of a very difficult sale with complications to the property title and difficult sellers. The both expedited the process on VU end, often acting as my representative, as my realtor was also unimpressive in helping the process along. They both deserve a big pat on the back, as I am eternally grateful for their help. This is my second VA LOAN, and fifth property purchase, and I have never had such outstanding customer service, quick returns on calls, and just such a personal service.
