VU helped me every step of the way. Chris Soloman took care of EVERYTHING regarding the loan and simply asked for documents, processed everything and produced everything for signatures - that was it. Very seamless service!
They were wonderful. Emails and phone calls were promptly returned, and everything went very smoothly.
Very poor process collecting docs. Docs asked for one at a time by underwriter when docs could have been requested at once causing the process to extend many days beyond necessary. Extremely poor processes!
