It was just a disaster in my opinion. I may just expect too much out of people. I did not think many things were handled correctly from not returning phone calls, not following up in timely manners with appraisor etc...... it was slow closing and they didnt even care enough to remember our names and personal info related to my file. I had to keep reminding them and telling them things that they should have made it their business to remember.
Chris and his team went abive and beyond to ensure we got in our house on time.
Service exceeded expectations, we were very happy with the outcome and will most likely use again in the future!
