Whitney Brown was horrible. There was no communication at all. She would not answer my phone calls nor return them. It's been plenty of times she asked me to send documents. Once i send them couple days later she say she didn't receive them. Working with her overall was bad.
This is an awesome mortgage company! Very professional, and a joy to work with. The documents were easy to upload, and the interactive website is amazing!
A couple of typos and errors during the process, one that gave us a big scare, but one call to Donna and her team and it would get taken care of.

Excellent service and very nice people to work with
Mike Ritz and Jennifer Stewart were absolute professionals and made the process worry free. They were able to answer all questions immediately and made the process go quick! Caroline Christian's communication needs improvement. She did not always respond to our emails or questions. We would then have to contact Mike or Jennifer. This happened multiple times. If she would have at least responded to say I am trying to find an answer for you or at least give updates we would have been happier with her. Mike and Jennifer were able to make up for where Caroline lacks.
I think that the V.A. well water test is not necessary for people who are just refinancing their home, selling it , yea ok i get it, otherwise no.
