Excellent communication and initial setup with Katelyn Cockrell to get the ball rolling. Handover from Katelyn to Joe & Jenna was smooth and continued tempo. However, a miscommunication with appraiser delayed closing by 4 days. Overall a good job and the whole Veterans United team was very accessible and helpful throughout the entire process.
