My representatives Mike Lyman and Morgan Schwartz were great.They kept me updated on the status and answered any questions I had.They explained things to me more clear and have great people personalities to talk to about anything to do with the process.I never felt that I was asking too many questions.

Phil, Kris and Brandi were fantastic! Contract to closing in just over 30 days (and that was with a 3 day delay due to the lawyer being out of town!)
The process was relatively painless. My only comments are that I wish that the origination fees and interest rates were shown as part of the initial online process. Neither ended up being bad, but it would be good to have that info up front before the paperwork is started.
The web portal made everything extremely easy, and communication was always there via email or phone call.
I could only reiterate that Berry and Cara were so on top with everything we required or asked for. The swiftness of seeing to matters was unprecedented.
VU was very attentive and never once made me feel like a number. Mike and Morgan always had time for me and answered my emails or phone calls in hours not days like other places I've worked with in the past. I feel like we're old friends even though I live 2000 miles away.

Professional but still understood it's a process took time to explain everything
The refinance loan process was seamless from start to completion. Veterans United has information concerning the steps to refinancing a home and purchasing a home from the application process to closing. This is an excellent agency for Veterans and active military personnel. I rate their service as excellent.
