As first time home owners it would have been more helpful for the team to explain how the process works. When they need information they should explain, why, how they need the info and when. It seems some team members were unorganized, a simple checklist may have helped. I am aware that most things are different depending on the people and their situations. I did not like the how we were first approved for one loan and then another, we were already attached to the home and in the process and so we drained our savings.
As always buying a home is very stressful and time consuming Justin Keith kept me on an even keel as much as humanly possible. He did a good job.
