They never treated me any different because I didn't have excellent credit. I'm so gratefully to have worked with each person I came in contact with through VU. They were so communicative, knowledgeable and willing to explain every single piece of the home buying process to us without hesitation. Michelle was available for us what seemed to be 24/7, and he dedication to get us a loan and approved for a home truly made our first home buying experience the best. We will never go with anyone else!
We loved working with VUHL!! The only thing we lament is that we feel communication could have been more consistent in the beginning of the process. (We had no idea we were u qualified for the loan we thought we were getting and it was not communicated to us when it was found out)
This was truly the most easiest way to buy a home. Just give them what they need and they do the rest. Was very easy and not so stressful when you have a great team working for you. Very trustful and knowledgeable people who know what they are doing and try there best to be as fast as possible with your loan requests.
