Working with Meghan was fantastic. She was very informative and helpful. Once we began working with Kris Santos, things were still good, just not as smooth as with Meghan. I felt like Kris was less responsive and not as thorough as Meghan had been.
Amanda was very sweet, patient and passionate.
Zoe was very informative and answered the many questions we had. If there was something we did not understand she explained it without hesitation. She was straightforward and let us know what to expect during the entire loan process.
I liked dealing with Jeff but not HUD. I was appreciative that your staff helped as much as possible with every curve ball given to us along the way.
Lack of communication from the entire team, Ann was very incompetent with her role, We ended up having to do her job just to get the loan through. We are very disappointed with the company, and will be making a formal complaint with veterans affairs.
