I think communication by telephone was slow.
Please use a different VA approved appraisor in the Jonesboro area. This persons figures were $2500.00 less than the county assement which is alway lower that actual value by thousands. This cost me a high intrest rate and delayed the closing.

I had heard horror stories from people about how difficult the home loan process was. I could not be happier with the VU process.

Communication with our Loan Specialist was very spotty. My realtor and I both expressed via emails that we needed to close earlier than the date on the contract, but our emails went unanswered and unrepleid to. It was VERY frustrating.

In 46 years of marriage this is the best experience yet. They deserve higher than a 10. Everything done they said they would do within the time frame they said. The title company said they had never seen such perfect explicit paperwork.
