I was expecting a crazy process and it was quite easy!
I first called corporate out of Columbia, MO. They were horrible. Didn't answer my phone calls and email was hit and miss, I almost gave up and went with Navy Federal Credit Union, but my boss recommended Alice Schneider at the local Colorado Springs branch. She got my file transferred to her and everything was easy peasy from there.
