Very efficient and was updated every part of process. I had a million questions and they were always willing to answer with fustration.
As first time buyer they guided me all through out the process and even set me up to a great realtor.
Overall it was a good experience. We like the fact that it is a packaged deal and there are even services to help a client be able to bring up their credit scores to qualify for various loan options. We were referred by someone else that has been through the loan process with Veterans and It is nice to be able to take advantage of the credit given towards the appraisal for the purchase home is also a plus.
Marcus was always ready to answer any questions concerning our home loan process. And he was always very positive and friendly during every conversation. That was so helpful in a rather tedious process, like trying to find the right home.

Everything went smooth.
They made this whole experience very easy and problem free. VU also worked with us to get our credit to where it needed to be to even qualify for the home loan. Then, when we wanted a more expensive house, the gave us a new preapproval no problems. I will never use another company for home loans!!
