My interest rate was not locked in and I was disappointed at closing that it was raised again
The paperwork was incorrect several times (one particular error was a $6,000.00 discrepancy) and when we called the responsible person to make the corrections they told us they were too busy and for us to just hand write the corrections on the forms. I feel that is unprofessional and even "shady". I do not feel confident that I was treated with much respect or if I even received the best possible loan. I certainly do not feel I received much customer service.
I received excellent treatment from Veterans United and would recommend them to anyone. I was kept in the loop from beginning to end.
