Although I closed on time and ultimately that is really all that matters the attitudes/arrogance of the people I worked with were not good. the entire process was frustrating and unpleasant. If I had to do this all over again I would not give my business to veterans United and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I absolutely love Steve Mcmicheal. He was the best .

Loss/misplacement of submitted documents/several resubmissions necessary; Unclear about expectation for time to close(45 days) until well into process and contract completed with date prior to expected date led to multiple episodes of frustration and addendums to contract/ last minute contract issue after all papers signed at closing when documents had been reviewed MULTIPLE TIMES leading to a further delay of additional day, all this leading to additonal expense for food and lodging
