I called to get a account information to set up an allotment to pay my mortgage and I was given bad info. and my first payment was unable to be tracked down. I sent all documents showing the money was confirmed as sent. My account was poorly handled
I always felt well informed during the process. If one member wasn't available to speak to directly, another one who was up to speed with the mortgage application was there to answer my questions.
