Allison Basnett was wonderful. However, the underwriting process was beyond horrible. Changing our closing date twice for documents the underwriter already had was not acceptable. If it wasn't for me taking action and requesting a manager, we would have extended the closing date a 3rd time. Once the underwriter finally approved our loan, Allison took over and was a real gem. She is the only reason we stuck with Veterans United.

The process was really fast and the team of lenders worked with us and made sure we where informed everything was transparent I really enjoyed the experience.
They dropped the ball in the beginning of the process which caused complications and set backs. However, Sam worked hard at correcting the problems and was always there to do what he could.
