This is my third home purchase using my VA Eligibility and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had when dealing a lender. The stories that I have heard in the past by others going through the home purchase process are rough at best. I have only heard (and now have experienced) only GREAT things from VU and from the TEAM that helped me through the process.

The appraisal was not timely or professionally handled. Closing was extended three separate times due to the appraisal not being completed, not submitted or done incorrectly. Other than that "third party" appraisal, my loan experience was not that bad.
