Everyone was quick to respond back which was great, but when it came down to closing additional documents were needed, documents had to be emailed 2 or 3 times because they were not uploaded or lost. Added charges kept occurring on closing documents and had to keep calling and changes that they left on closing discourse.
Our loan officer Charles Kruse, failed to get us the $6000 Energy Efficiency improvements benifit even after we exhausted getting him all the necessary information he requested. He then texted me saying "At least you got the house" I had to purchase the windows for $6000 out of pocket. My wife and I are insulted by this flippant comment. I am a decorated combat veteran and qualified for the unobtained valuable benifit.
Lance and his team at Veterans United made the loan process a breeze. They were all very informative and supportive through this whole journey. I heard so many horror stories from others about purchasing a home, my experience was anything but. Not to mention when all was said and done they sent my wife and I a customized welcome may. Awesome!!!
