Tonya was great, amount of information needed to secure the loan was excessive but I understand many things have changed since the last time I bought a house in Houston ten years ago.
It should have not taken 4 months for the loan. Every time Rick turned around he had to send more info by fax & it cost money. Something has to be done about that.

While I finally got the interest rate I asked for, and I really do appreciate that, the requested rate was offered only after I applied with another lender, which caused me an incredible amount of work and stress having to apply with the other lender and answering several of their questions, emails, filling out paperwork, etc., which all contributed to having to extend the closing date.
