Easiest closing I've ever had. I was recommended to this company by two co-workers who just used them. The proof the process was easy for me is I travel a lot for my job and during the the closing process, I had a work trip to Japan for 3 weeks and one week to Florida, even though I was gone most of the time and what they needed during the process I closed on time without issues.
This is my second VA home loan and they were on it with everything. They were on schedule and ahead of the game. I think if things on the real estate agent (the assistant) end were as expeditious as the VA side, I would have closed early.
They delivered everything they promised and in a timely manner.

Nick was very helpful through the entire process. He was always on his game and pushed the ball forward on every play. When I had questions he went out of his way to make sure I got the information that I needed. His responses were always immediate and professional. This was a refinance loan from Veterans United, just one year after purchasing our home with a loan from Veterans United. So, it was our second experience in just one year. It resulted in a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment. So we are very happy.
VU repeatedly asked me for documents that I had sent the first time they requested them. They also kept adding new requests for documents that caused me to go out to send them many times; each time costing me fuel, postage expenses and my personal time. I couldn't understand why you didn't request all needed items in one bundle. VU seems to me to be unorganized.
The whole process was handled quickly, with no stress.
